CHICKEN
RECIPE OF THE DAY (September 15th 2006):
CHICKEN CACCIATORE

Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil, 4 Boneless,
Skinless Chicken Breasts - Cut into Slices, 1 Cup Mushrooms,
1 Medium Pepper, 2 Tbsp. Onion or 1 Dried, 1 tsp. Garlic
Powder, 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth, 1 tsp. Red Cooking Wine,
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce, 4 Cups Hot cooked Spaghetti
Method: 1. Brown chicken in oil. 2. Sir in mushrooms,
peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook 6 minutes stirring
until pepper is tender. 3. Stir in broth and wine. Cook
3 minutes. 4. Stir in spaghetti sauce simmer about 30
minutes covered. 5. Serve over spaghetti noodles
