CHICKEN
RECIPE OF THE DAY (November 2nd 2006):
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

Ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts,
1/2 cup low fat boiled ham, 8 ounces low fat yoghurt,
1 tbsp. milk, 1/2 cup low fat Swiss cheese, 1 tsp. garlic,
2 tbsp. white wine, salt and pepper to taste, 1 cup
seasoned bread crumbs,
Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
Mix ham, low fat swiss cheese, garlic, wine, salt, and
pepper to make the filling. 3. Cut a slit in the side
of the chicken breast to make a pocket. Stuff each breast
with 1/4 of the fillings. Close it with wooden picks
when done. 4. Mix yogurt and milk. Dip each chicken
breast in this mixture, and then roll in the bread crumbs.
5. Place into a greased baking pan, and bake for 45
minutes at 350. serve with pasta and zucchini
