CHICKEN
RECIPE OF THE DAY (September 17th 2006):
CHICKEN SU-GEN
by Dobie
Ingredients: 30 chicken wings, or 2 frying
chickens (2-3 lbs) cut up, 8-oz bottle Wishbone Russian
Dressing, 12-oz apricot jam, 1 tbsp. worcestershire
sauce, 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350° 2. Wash chicken
& pat dry. Arrange in baking dish so that none of
the pieces overlap 3.Place dry chicken in oven &
cook for 1/2 hour 4. Mix the last 4 ingredients together
& pour sauce over chicken. 5. Return to oven for
another 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender
