CHICKEN
RECIPE OF THE DAY (November 12th 2006):
MOSCOW CHICKEN

Ingredients: 200g chicken fillet, 30g onion, 50g
mushrooms, 50g sour cream, 1 tbsp. butter, 150g cooked
rice, flour, dill, salt, spices, Dough: 60g flour, 2
tbsp. water
Method: 1. Grease chicken fillets with salt
and fry in onion and mushrooms. 2. Set a pan with oil
aside. 3. Place chicken in a baking pot. 4. Add flour
in a pan and fry until golden, pour in sour cream and
bring to a boil. 5. Pour the sauce over chicken, add
chopped dill. 6. Make dough and roll out a round to
cover the pot. 7. Cover the pot tightly and bake in
the oven for 30 minutes at the average heat. serve
in pots with rice for garnish.
