CHICKEN
RECIPE OF THE DAY (November 20th 2006):
Chicken Caesar Salad
by Audrey
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, minced garlic to
taste, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 head romaine lettuce torn,
6 slices crisp fried bacon crumbled, 6 oz fresh mushrooms
sliced, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese,
1 cup croutons
Method: 1. Rinse chicken, pat dry, and cut
into bite size pieces. 2. Sauté chicken with
garlic in oil until cooked through and then let it cool.
2. Combine chicken with lettuce, bacon, mushrooms, cheese
and croutons in salad bowl and toss well. 3. Serve with
your favorite Caesar dressing or bleu cheese. (serves
4 people) BON
