CHICKEN RECIPE OF THE DAY (November 28th 2006): Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings (cut off tips and cut in half), 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup brown sugar,
1/2 cup butter, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 3/4 cup water

Method: 1. Arrange wings in flat baking dish. 2. Combine ingredients and heat til sugar and butter dissolve. Cool. 3. Pour on wings and marinate 2 hours, turning occasionally. 4. Bake in sauce 350° 45 minutes-1 hour, turning once. Drain. serve hot or cold
