CHICKEN
RECIPE OF THE DAY (December 15th 2006):
Australian Chicken Wrap

Ingredients: 2 boneless chicken fillets, 10 fresh
basil leaves, 2 sun-dried tomatoes, 1 clove fresh garlic,
mozzarella cheese, 2 large bacon rashers
Method: 1. Clean and flatten chicken fillets.
2. Wipe dry with kitchen roll. 3. In the center, place
(per fillet) 1/2 garlic, 1 sun-dried tomatoes chopped
small, 4/5 basil leaves. 4. Roll up chicken and wrap
mozzarella cheese around the fillet. 5. Finally, keeping
all together with toothpicks, wrap bacon around the
whole fillet. 6. Place on a baking tray and place in
the oven at 220 degrees for approximately 45 minutes
until cheese has melted and golden brown. (serves 2
people) BON
