CHICKEN
RECIPE OF THE DAY (December 18th 2006):
Chicken Pot Pie
by Ellen
Ingredients: 2 cans soup - cream of chicken and
broccoli, 1 cup milk, 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves, 1/4 tsp.
pepper, 4 cups mixed vegetables cooked and cut up, 2
cups chicken, 1 can biscuit dough
Method: 1. In a 3 qt baking dish, combine
the soup, milk, thyme, and pepper. 2. Stir in the vegetables
and chicken or turkey. 3. Bake
at 400 degrees F 15 minutes or until mixture begins
to bubble. 4. Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into quarters.
5. Remove dish from oven; stir. Arrange biscuit pieces
over hot chicken mixture. 6. Bake 15 minutes or until
golden brown. BON
